Single-Screw Extruder Reducers GUOMAO ZLYJ
ZLYJ is the volume GUOMAO reducer range for single-screw plastic and rubber extruders. 15 sizes ZLYJ112–ZLYJ450 (dimension tables also list ZLYJ630 and the three-stage ZSYJ450/560/630), ratios 8, 10, 12.5, 14, 16, 18 and 20, rated power up to 748 kW and output torque up to 43.9 kN·m. Alloy-steel gears are carburised, quenched and ground to HRC 58–62 and accuracy grade 6 per GB 10095. A thrust bearing with a dynamic rating of 319–2,725 kN sits at the front of the hollow output shaft and takes the screw thrust. The reinforced “S” version raises the load rating by 12 %.
