High-precision reducers for single-screw plastic extruders (screw diameter 30–250 mm). Designed per JB/T8853-2001. Case-hardened, quenched and ground gears HRC 54–62, oversized thrust bearing on hollow output shaft handles screw axial load. Frames ZLYJ112–ZLYJ560, ratio 6.3–20, input speed up to 1,500 rpm. Forced-circulation lubrication on ZLYJ280 and above.
