Twin-Screw Extruder Reducers GUOMAO SZ/SZL
SZ and SZL are reducers for conical twin-screw plastic extruders. The drive consists of two separate housings: a reduction box that lowers speed and raises torque, and a distribution box that splits the torque between the two conical screws and keeps them counter-rotating in synchronism. Seven models in each line: SZ45–SZ92 (18.5–110 kW) and SZL51–SZL92 (22–110 kW), torque per screw 1,972–13,130 N·m, output speed 37.5–44.9 rpm at an input of 1,500 rpm. The size number equals the large-end screw diameter.
