YL/JLAYL / YLD Flange Coupling (GB/T 5843-86), YL-I/II/III Flange Coupling (JB/ZQ 4376-2006), JLA / JLB Radial-Key Rigid Coupling (JB/ZQ 4377-2006)
YL, JLA/JLB Rigid Flange Couplings LONGXUAN YL/JLA

Longxuan rigid couplings: they do not compensate shaft misalignment and require accurate alignment. YL/YLD are flange couplings to GB/T 5843-86 (YLD with a centring spigot): 18 sizes, 10–20,000 N·m, bores 10–180 mm, hubs of cast iron or cast steel. YL-I/II/III to JB/ZQ 4376-2006: 10 sizes, 63–100,000 N·m, bores 22–250 mm. JLA/JLB to JB/ZQ 4377-2006 transmit torque through a radial key between the hubs and are fixed to the shafts with tangential or gib-head keys: 1,000–80,000 N·m, bores 40–250 mm; JLA allows axial movement. Counterpart: GOST 20761-96 flange couplings.
