GIICL Drum Gear Coupling LONGXUAN
GIICL is a narrow-type curved-tooth (drum) gear coupling to JB/T 8854.2-2001 for coaxial horizontal shafts, compensating angular misalignment. The Longxuan catalogue lists 25 sizes GIICL1–GIICL25: rated torque 0.4–4,500 kN·m, bores 16–1,000 mm, permissible speed from 4,000 rpm (GIICL1–GIICL6) down to 460 rpm (GIICL25), operating temperature −20…+80 °C. GIICLZ is a single-engagement version with a rigid flange for an intermediate shaft. The plant also makes LXGIICL-A and LXGIICL-B with dog-tooth and face-tooth flange joints instead of fitted bolts. GOST counterpart: MZ gear couplings.
