ZL Elastic Pin Gear Coupling JUDE
ZL (new designation LZ) is an elastic pin gear coupling to GB/T 5015-2003: torque is transmitted by nylon pins through a toothed profile, combining misalignment compensation with high load capacity. 23 sizes LZ1–LZ23: rated torque 0.112–2,800 kN·m, bores 12–850 mm, permissible speed 460–5,000 rpm (depending on size). For medium and high power; not recommended where vibration and noise are critical. Versions: LZZ with brake drum, ZLD with taper bore, ZLL (LZJ) with spacer shaft. No direct GOST; it spans the range between MUVP per GOST 21424-93 and gear couplings per GOST 5006-94.
