F Tire Coupling JUDE

F is an elastic toroidal (tyre) coupling: two phosphated steel flanges and a rubber tyre clamped by bolts. 15 sizes F40–F250: rated torque 64–42,740 N·m, peak up to 106,800 N·m, speed up to 4,500 rpm; misalignment angular 4°, radial 1.1–6.6 mm, axial 1.3–8.2 mm. Flanges bored to size (B) or for taper bushes (F, H, R), bores 9–100 mm for F40–F120. NR tyre (−50…+50 °C) or oil-resistant FR tyre (−15…+70 °C). No lubrication, electrically insulates the shafts; climatic versions U, KhL, T, TV per GOST 15150-69. GOST counterparts GOST 20884-82 and GOST R 50892-96.
