XL Star Elastic Coupling JUDE
XL is an elastic coupling with an engineering-plastic spider between two jaw hubs; the design equivalent of KTR ROTEX and of spider couplings per GOST 14084-93 / GOST R 50894-96. 16 sizes XL1–XL16: rated torque 34–35,000 N·m, bores 6–220 mm, permissible speed 1,800–19,000 rpm (depending on size), operating temperature −35…+80 °C. Compensates shaft misalignment, damps shocks and vibration, needs no lubrication; the spider is replaced without moving the machines. Cylindrical bores are standard; taper bores after a check calculation. Related versions: XLS double-flange (Q/JL01-2001), LXD (JB/T 10466-2004).
