NL Nylon Gear Coupling JUDE

NL is a gear coupling with an elastic sleeve: two steel/cast-iron hubs with external teeth and an internally toothed sleeve of synthetic rubber, polyurethane or reinforced nylon (hardness to choice). 10 sizes NL1–NL10: rated torque 40–3,150 N·m, bores 6–100 mm, permissible speed 1,800–6,000 rpm (depending on size); misalignment axial ±2–4 mm, radial ±0.3–0.7 mm, angular 1–2°. Operating temperature −20…+70 °C, lubrication-free, low noise, easy fitting. Hubs of HT200 cast iron or ZG35 II cast steel, Y/Z/J bores per GB/T 3852. Design equivalent of KTR BoWex; no GOST covers this type.
