Wedge Block Overrunning Clutch
CK-B is a Tianiu sprag type one-way (overrunning) clutch without its own bearing support. Its radial dimensions match GB/T 276-1994 ball bearings (6302–6218), so the clutch is installed in the housing next to a bearing of the same size that carries the radial and axial loads. The inner race is keyed to the shaft; the outer race (h7) fits into an H7 bore and is secured against rotation by keyways on both end faces. 20 sizes: shaft 10–90 mm, nominal torque 54–2,080 N·m, inner race overrunning speed up to 1,500 rpm. Delivered grease lubricated.

One-Way Bearing
CSK..PP is a compact Tianiu one-way bearing: a sprag freewheel is integrated into a 62-series ball bearing envelope (6202–6207), so the unit carries radial load itself and replaces a standard bearing. The PP version has keyways on both races (DIN 6885.3; size 40 to DIN 6885.1); recommended fits are h6 on the shaft and H6 in a rigid housing. Sizes 15–40 mm: nominal torque 13.5–260 N·m, speed up to 8,400 rpm. Delivered grease lubricated; the CSK..P version has a keyway on the inner race only.

Non-Contact Backstop Device
NF are Tianiu non-contact backstops for high-speed shafts. In forward rotation above a threshold speed (350–450 rpm depending on size) the shaped sprags are lifted off the raceway by centrifugal force, so the backstop runs without contact and wear; when the drive stops and tries to run back, the sprags engage. 11 sizes NF10–NF250: rated torque 1,000–25,000 N·m, bore 40–160 mm (E7, shaft h6, key to GB/T 1095-1979), maximum speed 1,500 rpm (up to NF125) and 1,000 rpm (NF160–NF250), weight 27–256 kg. The reaction torque is taken by the housing arm.

Locking Assemblies
Tianiu locking assemblies for keyless shaft–hub connections: torque and axial force are transmitted by friction from tapered-ring interference. Type codes follow Chinese standard JB/T 7934-1999 (now GB/T 28701-2012). Z1 is a pair of tapered rings clamped by a pressure flange (shaft 10–500 mm, up to 278 kN·m); Z2 is the most widely used type (shaft 20–1,000 mm, up to 2,000 kN·m); Z3 is self-centring; Z4, Z5, Z8 and Z9 are assemblies with their own screws; Z7A–Z7C are shrink discs clamping the hub onto the shaft from outside, up to 8,300 kN·m; Z7D is a sleeve coupling rigidly joining two shafts.

Press-Fit Sprag Overrunning Clutch
CK-C is a narrow Tianiu one-way clutch without bearing support, with the radial dimensions of 62/63 series ball bearings to GB/T 276-1994. Unlike CK-B, the outer race has no face keyways: torque is transmitted by an interference fit — the n6 outer race is pressed into a sufficiently rigid K7 housing, while the inner race is keyed to the shaft. A support bearing of the same size is mounted alongside. Width 15–30 mm, 16 sizes: shaft 20–90 mm, nominal torque 50–1,560 N·m, inner race overrunning speed up to 1,100 rpm. Delivered grease lubricated.

GFK One-Way Bearing
GFK is a Tianiu sprag one-way bearing with its own roller and ball support in the envelope of 59-series bearings (5904–5910): the design gives the highest torque for the smallest outer diameter. There are no keyways — torque is transmitted by an interference fit only: housing R6, shaft p5. 7 sizes for 20–50 mm shafts: nominal torque 41–240 N·m (peak 2.5 × TKN), inner race overrunning speed up to 5,500 rpm, outer race up to 4,000 rpm. Grease lubricated; operating temperature −40…+100 °C, briefly up to +120 °C.

Roller Backstop Device
ND (also designated NJ, NYD) are Tianiu roller-type contact backstops for low-speed shafts: a compact, light design with torque arm, reliable engagement, smooth freewheeling and modest mounting accuracy requirements. 17 sizes from ND16 to ND7000: backstop torque 1,600–700,000 N·m, bore 50–450 mm (H7, shaft h6, key to GB/T 1095-1979), inner race speed up to 150 rpm for small sizes and up to 50 rpm for large ones. Up to ND380 the torque arm is a single plate, from ND500 a double plate. The arm rests against a stop with axial and radial play and must not be clamped.

Sprag Clutch without Inner Race
CK-D and its inch version B-200 are Tianiu sprag clutches without inner race and without bearing support: the sprags run directly on the shaft, which must be h7 toleranced, with 0.01 mm cylindricity and HRC 56–60 hardness. The outer race, sized as 6203–6214 ball bearings, is keyed into the housing; adjacent bearings keep the shaft and outer race concentric. The metric CK-D range has 13 sizes for 17–70 mm shafts, the inch B-200 range (B203–B214) has 12 sizes for 16.510–79.356 mm shafts; nominal torque 33–1,188 N·m. Grease must be applied at installation.

Heavy-Duty Backstop Clutch
DSN (NJD) are Tianiu heavy-duty low-speed backstops built to company standard Q/ZJK2-2004 for shafts with high reaction torque. 13 sizes: rated backstop torque 25,000–1,700,000 N·m, maximum bore 160–620 mm, inner race speed 50–130 rpm, drag torque 32–420 N·m. The backstop is mounted on a parallel key to GB/T 1095-1979 with clearance to the inner race; taper or sliding keys are not allowed as they deform the race. The reaction torque is transmitted through an 800–2,500 mm torque arm to a stop block designed for shear.

Wedge Block Clutch with Sliding Bearing
CK-L is a Tianiu sprag one-way clutch with an integral plain bearing: no separate support bearings are needed, and the unit is intended for low speeds and tight installation space. A gear, sprocket or crank is bolted to the outer race; CK-L must not be used as a shaft-to-shaft coupling. 7 sizes: shaft 15–45 mm, outer diameter 60–135 mm, nominal torque 86–1,240 N·m, inner race overrunning speed up to 1,260 rpm. It serves for overrunning, indexing or backstopping; the rotation direction of the inner race must be specified when ordering.

Backstop Device with Bearing Support
NDZ (NJZ) are Tianiu contact backstops for low-speed shafts with their own bearing support, a filter port, an oil level gauge and labyrinth lubrication channels. The backstop is mounted directly on the drive pulley shaft or on the reducer shaft, and the reaction torque is taken by a torque arm resting against a stop. Compared with the FND series, the manufacturer states higher overrunning speed, torque, precision and service life. 12 sizes from NDZ160 to NDZ10000: backstop torque 16,000–1,000,000 N·m, bore 100–480 mm, inner race speed 70–150 rpm, weight 98–4,442 kg.

Sprag Clutch with Ball Bearing Support
CKZ-C is a self-contained Tianiu one-way clutch with two ball bearings: it carries radial and axial loads and needs no external support. The inner race is keyed to the shaft and the outer race to the driven part, while a pulley, sprocket or gear is clamped between the two end covers. Depending on duty, the clutch is delivered filled with oil or grease. 13 sizes: shaft 12–110 mm, outer diameter 62–320 mm, nominal torque 92–10,000 N·m, inner race overrunning speed up to 840 rpm. Compact Backstop Device
RSBW is a compact Tianiu sprag backstop with torque arm: a sprag clutch in a housing centred by plain bearings for low speeds and sealed with shield-protected O-rings. It is delivered grease lubricated, ready for installation in a horizontal or vertical position, and is designed for high humidity and water splash areas. A bolt passing through the slot in the torque arm provides the rotational stop, with axial and radial clearance — the arm and bearings must not be prestressed. 13 sizes: shaft 20–90 mm, nominal torque 375–4,875 N·m, overrunning speed up to 400 rpm.
