Conveyor Drive Block (Assembled Unit)

Assembled conveyor drive blocks — "explosion-proof motor + coupling + brake disc + gearbox" — built to project specification. Mating, shaft alignment and factory acceptance testing of the complete unit are performed at the SDS Ningbo facility before shipment. The partner sources directly from 30+ Chinese factories (WEG/Wolong, Boneng, Guomao, Zhonghai, Huali and others) and selects components per the customer's technical specification. Power range 7.5 – 710 kW, output torque up to 250 kN·m. Variants: standard IEC, explosion-proof YBX5 / Ex d IIB T4 for mining and oil & gas environments, marine Y-H, high-voltage YKK. Typical applications: belt conveyors in coal and ore mines / processing plants, crane hoist / travel / slewing mechanisms, rolling-mill stands, skip hoists. Rope Hoisting System for Ferry Berth Ramps

SDS project work: engineering, manufacturing and complete supply of counterweighted rope hoisting systems for the lifting ramps of road-rail Ro-Ro ferry berths. Supply is organised via the SDS facility in China with factory acceptance tests and on-site inspection by the customer's commission prior to shipment. The package includes: rope mechanism with counterweight system (without counterweight slabs), supporting drive steelwork, rope-mechanism frames, intermediate-support hoisting mechanism, deflection / span / counterweight pulley blocks, wire ropes with end sockets and suspensions. Applications: shore structures of seaport ferry crossings, Ro-Ro berths, lift-and-lower berth bridges. Photos show an actual assembly run prior to shipment.

Crane Projects: Joint Engineering & FAT

Project engineering for the crane industry, anchored on our own production base in China (Ningbo, Zhejiang Province): joint review of kinematics, electrics and steelwork of crane bridges / trolleys with the manufacturer, agreement of 3D models and calculations prior to production release, in-process quality control, mating assembly of drive packages and factory acceptance tests (FAT) with the customer's commission. Crane types covered: overhead, gantry, port handling (STS, RTG), metallurgical ladle and pit cranes, portal cranes. Scope: hoist, travel and slewing drives, brake systems, couplings, low-voltage switchgear, variable-frequency drives and cabling. New-generation high-load planetary gear reducer per JB/T6502-93. Manufactured by SDS sourcing partner — Hubei Jujing Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (Hubei, China) on a fleet of European precision gear-grinding equipment (Reishauer, Hofler, Hofmann, MODUL), achieving ISO 6 gear quality. Rotex Elastomeric Jaw Couplings

Rotex-type elastomeric jaw coupling for motor-to-gearbox connections in crane, metallurgy and general-industry drive trains. Torque is transmitted through a replaceable polyurethane spider element, compensating radial, angular and axial shaft misalignment and damping shock loads.
