Axial Piston Fixed Motors
Bent-axis fixed displacement axial piston motors and pumps — HD-A2F / HD-A2FM / HD-A2FM/E series. Displacements 12–500 ml/rev, working pressure up to 40 MPa, peak up to 45 MPa. Direct mounting and performance replacement for Rexroth A2F/A2FM. Used in travel drives of mobile machines, winches, drum drives, cooling fan drives and gearboxes of heavy equipment. High overall efficiency (up to 95%), compatible with mineral oil, HFC/HFD fluids and bio-based oils.
Variable Bent-Axis Axial Piston Pumps & Motors
Variable bent-axis axial piston pumps and motors — HD-A6V / HD-A7V / HD-A8V series. Seven families, 100+ sizes, 1,000+ specifications with DR, HD, LR, DFR, EP and HA controllers. Displacements up to 1000 ml/rev, pressures up to 40 MPa. HUADE is China's only mass producer of large-displacement 200–500 ml bent-axis pumps and motors. Applications: marine thrusters, drilling winches, metallurgical rolling mills, mining haul trucks, stepped drives of heavy presses.
Swashplate Variable Axial Piston Pumps
Swashplate variable displacement axial piston pumps — HD-A4VSO, HD-A10VSO, HD-A11V(L)O series. Sizes 40–1000 ml/rev, nominal pressure 28–35 MPa, peak up to 40 MPa. Through-shaft construction supports tandem mounting of multiple pumps on one drive. Wide controller range: DR/DFR (LS), FR/FHD (power), EP/EO (proportional). Replacement for Rexroth A4VSO / A10VSO / A11VO. Used in press hydraulic power units, machining centres, test rigs, die-casting machines, and in closed-circuit HD-A4VG / HD-A4VG56 systems.
Hydraulic Power Units & System Integration
Engineering, assembly and commissioning of turn-key hydraulic power units and closed-circuit systems tailored to the customer's process. Proven solutions for metallurgy: continuous casters (MCC), hot and cold rolling (1850/2250/3800 mm), pickling and annealing lines, heating furnaces, aluminium extrusion presses. Solenoid Directional Control Valves
Direct-acting solenoid directional control valves — 4WE5, 4WE6, 4WE10 and 4WE4 series. HUADE's flagship industrial hydraulic line built under Bosch Rexroth licence. Subplate mounting to ISO 4401 (CETOP 03/05/07). Rated flow 25/80/180 l/min, working pressure up to 35 MPa. 2 or 3 positions, wet-armature solenoids 24 V DC / 110/220 V AC, optional manual override. 150+ spool variants (E, J, M, H, R, Y…) and spring centring options. Used in machine tools, presses, die-casting machines and second-stage servo-hydraulic control.
Pilot-Operated Directional Valves
Pilot-operated directional valves with electro-hydraulic (WEH) or hydraulic (WH) actuation, sizes 10, 16, 22, 25 and 32 to DIN 24 340 / ISO 4401. Rated flow up to 1100 l/min, working pressure up to 35 MPa, pilot pressure up to 28 MPa. Integral throttles for smooth shifting-time adjustment, position switches for feedback, manual override option. Used where spool actuation forces exceed direct solenoid capability: heavy engineering, rolling mills, presses, forging hammers, marine equipment.
Hand Lever Directional Valves
Hand lever operated directional valves, sizes 6 and 10 to DIN 24 340 form A / ISO 4401 / CETOP-RP 121H. 2- and 3-position with spring centring or detent latching, rated flow up to 120 l/min at DN10, working pressure up to 31.5 MPa. 20+ spool variants, optional throttle in port P. Used for setup and commissioning, on batch-cycle machines, in power packs without electrical supply and as manual override in safety circuits.
Proportional Directional Valves
Proportional directional valves, pilot-operated (4WRZ, 4WRH) and direct-acting (4WRE, 4WRA). Sizes 10, 16, 25 and 32, rated flow 50–800 l/min at ΔP=10 bar per edge, working pressure up to 35 MPa. Versions with electrical spool-position feedback (LVDT) — 4WRZE / 4WRHE / 4WRE — deliver ±1.5% linearity and ≤0.3% hysteresis. Integrated on-board electronics (OBE) or external amplifier. Used in servo-hydraulic test rigs, synchronous multi-cylinder drives, precise press positioning, rolling-mill stand control.
Pilot-Operated Relief Valves with Solenoid Unloading
Pilot-operated pressure relief valves — DB (without unloading solenoid) and DBW (with integrated solenoid unloading) series, sizes 10, 20 and 30. Subplate, pipe or cartridge mounting. Setting range up to 31.5 MPa, rated flow up to 600 l/min. Three adjuster styles: rotary knob, knob with protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale. Used for overpressure protection, stepped pressure control, pump unloading at idle, electrical pressure release during emergency stop.
Pressure Sequence Valves
Pressure sequence valves — direct-operated (DZ5DP, DZ6DP, DZ10DP) and pilot-operated (DZ10…30B) — for automating hydraulic cycles. Setting range up to 21 MPa, rated flow up to 60 l/min (DZ6) or 300 l/min (DZ10), 5 spring ranges. Variants M / XM / YM / XYM differ by external control and drain signal routing. Used for sequential circuit activation (clamp → press), backup cylinder engagement once pressure is reached, pressure-line separation and press-cycle coordination.
Direct-Acting Proportional Directional Valves
Compact direct-acting proportional directional valves without position feedback (4WRA) and in sandwich form (ZDC). Sizes 6 and 10, rated flow up to 40 l/min at ΔP=10 bar, working pressure up to 31.5 MPa. Proportional solenoids with 0.8–1.5 A control current, non-linearity ≤4%, hysteresis ≤5%. Lower cost than closed-loop 4WRE — used where high accuracy is not required: soft start/stop, auxiliary cylinder speed control, remote throttle control.
