YZP/YZPFYZP, YZPF Series Crane-Special Frequency-Controlled Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors
VFD Crane Motors YZP/YZPF JANGTE
YZP and YZPF are induction motors for variable-frequency crane drives with high torque and frequent starts; they work with Chinese and foreign converters. Requirements follow IEC 34-1 and GB 755, dimensions IEC 72. Range: 2.2–1,600 kW, 380 or 660 V, 4–10 poles, shaft heights 100–560 mm, IP54. The YZPF has a separately powered axial fan (IC416). An SDS delivery example, the YZPF315M1-4 for a crane hoist: 165 kW, 1,028 N·m, S1, IP55, class F, 95.7 % efficiency, 5–120 Hz, 1,024 ppr encoder, 135 °C PTC, heater.
