YZ/YZRYZ, YZR Series Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors for Crane and Metallurgical Applications
Crane Motors YZ/YZR JANGTE
YZ and YZR are induction motors for crane and metallurgical machinery: YZ with a squirrel-cage rotor, YZR with a wound rotor. They are built for intermittent duty, frequent starting and braking, overloads, vibration and shock; power ratings and mounting dimensions follow IEC 72. Range: YZR 1.5–710 kW, 4–10 poles; YZ 1.5–30 kW, 6 and 8 poles; 380 V, shaft heights 112–560 mm. Under JB/T 10104 (YZ) and JB/T 10105 (YZR), base duty is S3-40 %; the general version (up to +40 °C) is IP44, the metallurgical one (up to +60 °C) IP54.
