COXZ Torque-Limiting Permanent Magnet Coupling JIAOHUA

COXZ is a limited-moment permanent magnet coupler with a brake wheel at the output, for drives with a shoe brake. The principle is the same as COX: a copper rotor on the motor shaft and a magnet rotor on the reducer side transmit torque across a 5 mm gap; if the load jams, the gap opens to 35 mm and torque transmission stops, and operation resumes once the overload is removed. 16 sizes COXZ-270…COXZ-750: 11–710 kW at 1,500 rpm, brake wheel Ø300–630 mm, weight 105–670 kg. Tolerates up to 5 mm offset and 2° angular misalignment.
